INSURANCE

 Renters must procure and maintain in full force during its use of the Premises public liability insurance issued by a New York admitted carrier in good standing. The insurance must have limits of liability of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) in the aggregate, combined single limit, with no deductible, for bodily injury (including death) and property damage, and must cover liability assumed under the rental agreement.
